It is only a short drive to local grocery stores, amazing restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, and so much more. It’s an easy 15 minute drive from Bayview Escape to the tip of the Spit.

It has 6 beds (4 queens & 2 fulls), 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, large yard, a wrap around deck. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to grill or fry some fresh halibut you caught that day! It also has modern conveniences: dishwasher, washer & dryer, WIFI and flat screen TVs. This really is your Alaskan home away from home.

At 2750 sq. ft. and nestled on 1/4 of an acre- you will enjoy the privacy this property offers. Large vaulted ceilings and windows provide excellent natural light and views. You can admire beautiful Kachemak Bay from the living room or the nearly 800 square foot deck! You don’t have to be on the Spit to enjoy summer “nights” under the midnight sun. With enough space for everyone, it will be a vacation to remember. 

Your first night stay with us includes a cleaning fee and each additional night is at the standard rate without a cleaning fee. Please no pets. We do have a minimum stay of 2 nights. Come stay with us to make the most out of your time in Homer!
